The WATTS On program is dedicated to serving students in rural off-grid schools, including indigenous, nomadic and pastoralist communities, who often lack access to electricity at home and at school.

Developed and managed by the Econic Earth Foundation, and run through partnership programs with international NGOs, the WATTS On Lighting Students Lives program has proved incredible impact results for students who live without regular electricity access. By providing portable solar lights, alongside a dedicated impact program in schools which includes monitoring and evaluations, to aid in students studies and exam preparations.

The proven success and track record has allowed Econic Earth to scale up and develop “WATTS On” further creating enhanced pathways and tools for students, around the world, who are determined to get an education despite many obstacles.
